WHO I AM

I'm Nats, your very own health coach! I aim to help mums put themselves and their health first! A healthy lifestyle includes fitness, nutrition but also self-development. 

As soon as we become parents every minute of the day suddenly becomes accounted for, running from room to room constantly grabbing food on the go, saying to ourselves "there isn't enough time in the day", running off very little to no sleep etc. Perhaps it's even the shame we feel at the feeling of 'not being able to cope' with social media portraying 'perfect' images all the time.  

I started this journey because a mum (with whom I did not know) came up to me in the playground and said "I want what your doing" and this was in 2017. I have been helping, supporting and empowering mums ever since. 

I am the reason for change in many families. My aim is to help you with efficiencies, health, fitness, focus, routine...this is a lifestyle change that you and your family won't regret.
